The Doctor and the Godling

After Hellian, The Moon, left the M1:S1:Okami he reappeared for the first time in a world that contained technology far beyond that of Dranos, the world he'd once called home. In fact, he appeared on Earth, just as the legendary Timelord, The Doctor, was finally about to leave after a temporal distortion caused by someone's attempts at making a TARDIS resulted in him being stranded on Earth, and Amy, is current companion, stranded in his TARDIS. The initial interaction was one of confusion on the Doctor's part, by his own account, and mild irritation on Hellian's the Doctor's scanning of him.
Hellian joined the Doctor at just the right time as well, as this one was destined to go up with his universe during the Pandorica incident. You see, in the Prime Parallel (That is the "original version." This only applies in Multiverses like M2) the Doctor bootstrap's himself out (an impossibility given the state of that universe at the time, but it happened all the same) of the Pandorica, the prison designed to contain one of the most ingenious men in existence. In the universe Hellian landed in, however, the bootstrap paradox didn't occur, or had yet to begin. So, as is typical fashion for
my dad Hellian, he proceeded to cut this way into the Pandorica. According to the Doctor, Hellian nearly killed the him in the process. Regardless, the Doctor was then able to reset the universe.
For a time they continued adventuring. Hellian was an important part of the attack on Demon's Run in 1345, and stood by the Doctor after the loss of Amy and Rory in 1397. All the while, he was having adventures of his own with eh Doctor. On one occasion they saved a planet from a race of invasive carnivorous frogs. On another, they encountered a monster very much like a dragon, which Hellian punched in the snout after a bet from River Song. He barely escaped that one. He did make half a million credits, however.
After the death of Amy and Rory more or less at the hands of the Weeping Angels, Hellian spent the Doctor's depression learning and trying to build his own TARDIS, one that could easily transverse dimensions. The normal one is capable, but can struggle if left in the Void for too long. He did eventually succeed, but not after a long while, making a black version of the normal police box after deciding that no other look suits it. The Doctor still calls him a copycat.
Regardless, Hellian was there for the duration of Clara's stay and was proud to help foster the agreement between Ziagons and Humans. You see, the memory wipe wore off in the middle of negations, quite possible due to interference from the Lunis. Hellian ended up acting a mediator, having only ever interacted with humans, but also being from another universe. He also assisted in the saving of Galifrey, using his then completed TARDIS to circle the planet with the 13 Doctors.
Hellian would have one last adventure with the Doctor before leaving for the next world, although he would continue to visit. In a neighboring universe, the Doctor had gone mad after Amy and Rory's death. Several horrifying genocides later, and he was Ruler of all of time and space, at least in that universe. A consciousness, for lack of a better term, alerted the 11th Doctor in the universe Hellian was in to this fact, and the preceded to gather all 12 incarnations in that world, and the previous 11 in the other. There were several "battles" but eventually the Time Lord Victorious was killed.
(A/N: Credit for that one goes to whoever uploaded it on the fandom page for DW) IT should be noted that this isn't the only occurrence of this event, to which the Doctor had replied, according to salvaged data, "What was it I had said? Wibbly-wobbly Timey-Wimey?" After that event, which was Hellian's first time jumping universes with his newly built TARDIS, Hellian fixed an issue that had nearly caused implosion, and then was off for the next world. Details on the Battle for Demon's Run are hard to come by due to the Doctor's elusiveness, and Hellian's memory loss, but if this author find on I will recorded it.
