A note appears in most of the underworld pubs and bars. It reads as such:

The beestmasters haf not yet left Nit Arak.
All of yoos on ower side, theres a reword of twenny thousend on the hats of a groop of our enemys
They is cald Leofwine, Albert, end Melarue.
Albert wil be hard to find, couse many folks ar cald Albert.
But the otha too we now yoos will find and kill and bring us the hats!
Those people who are able to make any sense of the bad spelling understand that 20,000 radiants are promised for the heads presumably, instead of hats, of these three undescribed individuals.
This is IC as well as OOC. 20k each for the ic head brought to the beastmasters of Nid Arach. Assuming evil folks will know where to find their evil friends.
Unfortunately, there's no description of their appearance, so do they expect you to be killing every Leofwine, Albert, and Melarue you find and hoping one of them is the right one?
Or can you deduce by your knowledge of the relations between the folks you know, the powers in Altera, and the recent events revolving around Nid Arach who these individuals may be?
