If it's Fitzian and not about races, it's likely on the way out or has become flavor text. That tidbit in particular is flavor, since it relates to a Church that long ago lost the Mandate of Heaven and whose very Pantheon is corrupted. Not to mention that Church lost any ability to enforce its laws long ago

I do not think that any of it is still legit. It was written by the old loremasters even before the time when the High Church was an active group. The site's last update is probably from around summer 2012
