Just been announced pretty recently so there isnt much info about it yet

But is it just me or does it seem a bit odd that they blew up an entire building, to get parts, to build a building?

the graphics and voice im guessing, they are very similar to tf2

Yeah, the developers actually said they took most of their inspiration from TF2 and Minecraft.
