Glitch?

I was temp banned for murder yesterday, and when my temp ban was up, i got on the server. I played around for a bit, but when i went to relog, it said i have been banned. Is this a glitch?

I tried to ban you for 15 minutes, but we're having plugin issues atm so I'm not sure what happened. In any case, I think that I've unbanned you for now.
If anyone else has information regarding this, please feel free to correct me
