New Towny prices and building permissions

Towny prices and ratios were set too step when we started out with towny. We have put in new prices. These are temporary prices, we will test out how fast towns will grow with this.

Town plot claim: 10,000 silver (was 20,000)
Plots per resident: 500 silver (was 1,000)
Town plot ratio: 8 per resident

Also building permissions are back for players that build projects that are not towns. However requirements for this will be higher, no more cobble castles. Look out for a new subforum on this soon.

So for non town projects, once approved, how much silver must be spent to allow building?
