In 10minutes I have been able to mine over 30 diamonds.

But not 100 in that short of time. Therefore, you are cheating.
Effective mining techniques for that amount of diamonds are not done by 'luck'. They are done by time consuming processes. That means more than an hour of digging.
As this is not an appeal, as you asked a question, received your answer, I'm locking the thread. You may appeal properly, but that does not mean you'll be reinstated to the Server Whitelist. From what Steel has said, this is not the server for you. We don't abide by having cheaters.
So there's a possibility of finding 32. (It's not an official statement from Mojang, but it is the closest thing I have to fact to prove my point.)
