I took something thinking it was not stealing, but then someone told an admin so I tried to give it back but before I could they jailed me and I said to the guy who told an admin "Dude your an idiot I was giving it back!" but the admin thought I was talking to him so he banned me...

as far as i'm concerned you were being very agressive in a global chat which all of our players can see. I feel you are somewhat regretful so i would consider unbanning you. I would like osmebody to make a judgement using the logs and asking both parties to discuss it in a civil manor.
