Book of Thorns III: 4k a book
Protection IV (book or on diamond Armour, either way): 5k
Enderpearls: 30r a piece

Heres a tip, don't get thorns and even if you do get it, it won't be for 4k. It wrecks your arnour in seconds whilst dealing small amounts. Everytime it deals damage is takes durability just like protection, the 2 combined make it wear down very fast and its a pain in the rear to repair.

Thats the thing I don't think it can be repaired. I paid around 25k for mine.

I couldn't, I tried repairing it with lots of things, protection IV, normal diamond, damaged diamond, couldn't find one that worked.

Just pair thorns III with Unbreaking III

Well it didnt work for me when I had protection 4 unbreaking 3 thorns 3. I wasnt lying, so meh.
