RP Idea - Attack on Port Silver

Would it be possible if mobs like zombies both small and large was to be placed on the ports of port silver? Then as a RP event we all could rescue back the port?
Obv it would need a admin to spawn these mobs,
Would this be possible?
Ideas?

Im thinking more of a siege, with Evil cities like bane controling the mobs.
