Server and TS instability?

Anyone else getting constantly d/c'd from the server? My latency is normal, as is my TS latency but the server keeps timing me out and TS keeps making people sound like robots. D: Halp.

I am, yes. Sometimes it'll let me on for a while, then suddenly just kick me off for a while. Other servers I can join, however.

Whatever it was, it seems it's finally gone away.
