Server problem - Java.net.connectexception

So this is the error message I'm getting...I've been told its a server issue rather than my end. I've tried resetting my PC I've tried reinstalling and downgrading and upgrading...nothing seems to work. Anyone got a fix?

I'm having a problem here aswell. All I get is this "java.net.ConnectException: connection refused: no further information: /198.170.120.144:25565" Been working at this for two hours maybe. XD

Oh-! Just use 198.178.120.144, don't put the port at the end

I've tried that too, but I'll surely try again.
