Creator of the Chruch: The People of Riddlport, and Nobles of Cromarcky.
Quick Note: The Builders of Cromarcky are thinking of Rebuilding the Church of Jax, to better capture his holy Spirit and greatness.

Creator of shrine: Tis a Mystery, most believe it was Jax himself. Riddleport was actually settled upon finding more about this shrine and any Mysterious powers it may hold.

It's right in the center of the town, in the small passageway going to the secluded pond, right next to the town hall.
