Perhaps the most noteworthy so far is the Amulet of Desires. The first proof of the existence of the Anvil of Despair as claimed by the Scales. The amulet is made up of an azure blue crystal kept in place by claws made from delicate silverwork and hung from a white string. In the heart of the azure crystal, almost beyond sight is a swirl of some kind of deep dark magical matter. The Amulet of Desires itself is both blessed and cursed as it grants the wearer a more desirable appearance at the cost of their actual appearance. The Magic itself causes the wearer to appear attractive and desireble to whomever gazes upon the subject. Should the one wearing be unable to satisfy the viewers preferences due to gender, race or personable beliefs it still holds the power to make the one wearing it seem to be successful and charismatic. Essentially being able to fulfill the observer's goals and desires. The price for such powers comes at a steep price. Gradually over time the wearer will become uglier and uglier, to the point that nothing is left of the original person they once were but a hideous pile of stinking skin and warts.

Two items of interest created by the scales in an attempt to create an artifact are the Weak Mace of Light and The Scythe of Harvest. Both are failed experiments, however are notable in the fact that they show clear signs of an attempt of making something positive from the Anvil of Despair. The runes forged into the objects have been altered with chaotic flourishes and so depart from the depicted runes original format.

The runes inscribed upon the Weak Mace of Light holds the words Sunlight and Shine upon the head, Starlight and Lantern upon the stave, and Flames upon the pommel. It is of note that it appears as though the Scales attempted to roughly tie in the domain of Ignis in the forging of this particular object.

The runes inscribed upon the Scythe of Harvest holds the words Sunshine/Harvest upon the blade of the scythe with Blessed Rains and Snowmelt inscribed upon the stave. It is of note that it appears as though the Scales attempted to roughly tie in the domain of Sallana in the forging of the Scythe.
