Election season rolls around once more, in a future as uncertain as any. The stability of Storm's Landing may hang in the people's hands.
All who are campaigning are given an official go-ahead, bulletin boards eager for campaign posters.
Whether new or returning, five council members will be voted in, to take their try at shaping a better Storm's Landing.
....Or a worse one.

This thread will be updated as the election continues!

Voting will open near the end of the event period. Likely in the last week.​

We have our first update - please welcome your new and returning candidates.

Candidates continue to pour in - the walls are covered in posters. Some say they're still adding posters to this day.

[As an aside, I had considered a debate but.. I think we may be too many candidates in for that.]

Ripped from the last thread, the RULES:

First, voting rules, to peruse whilst you wait for the polls,

Each voter may choose TWO (2) candidates to vote for.

Only those with a verifiable address within Storm’s Landing may cast a vote.

• Persons who share residence with another may also vote. Such persons must name their housemate(s) and address.

Persons voting must exceed SIXTEEN (16) years of age [IC].

No persons with an outstanding bounty shall be permitted to vote.

Storm's Landing's guards may not participate in political activity while in uniform. Such activities include:

• Participating and/or interfering in any candidate's campaign in any capacity.
• Raising funds for any candidate.
• Displaying politically-aligned missives or posters.

All members of Storm's Landing's government shall be permitted to vote.

There shall be ONE (1) vote per player.

Please find the Command Block at spawn which will allow you to take a ballot. Each ballot will be deposited into the box, and checked over during counting.
Please fill out ballots like so:

Sign the book with your character name and deposit it into the hoppers!
