I was recently whitelisted but am unable to do anything in game, the /warp whitelist command doesn't work either. any help would be much appreciated.

If you are an old player returning, you have to rewhitelist. Do an entirely new application and apply again because the system automatically unwhitelists you after a certain amount of time.

I recommend sending a private message / private conversation to the staff who whitelisted you, if it hasn't been resolved by now.
