So . . . . all I have to do to get a head is to put a bounty of 10 rads on a person . . . . then it drops 100% of the time after killing that person? Doesn't that seem a little . . dumb?
You can't collect your own bounties, I believe. Also, staff come down hard on plugin abuses.

Still, how much would someone pay for MY head? Cuz it's currently at 100% drop rate for 500 rads. That's a pathetic amount and serves to devalue heads immensely imo. I've been collecting heads for a long long time, and I take threats to their value very seriously.

.... Definitely not me, he killed me in one shot. Granted, I wasn't wearing armor, but that's 10+ hearts of damage.
And he is in the top of every relevant combat skill except Archery...

Archery and unarmed. I'm workng on it. And if someone does it right, it's very easy to kill me.
But that's besides the point, I believe that any mechanism that makes head drop rate 100% should be very very expensive.
Also, this discussion is meant for an entirely different thread.
Mm, lets turn it back towards the thread by saying you don't have to be excessively violent, just tactical, to kill dummy~ ;3

As a reply to your disagree tybalt. I will allow to say that it happends, based on personal experience. The guy wanted to know how it felt shooting someone and he shot a relative of mine, who was a cashier in a convinience shop.
I am not encouraging doing it in rp, but denying reality is, for me, unnessecary
