The majority of the server already uses it, and you should too! We just updated it to the latest version and we've fixed up a lot of things. We have new lighting that makes everything look and feel a lot better, new skies, new sandstone, new iron armour, animated netherrack, new soulsand and more!

Go and give it a try now with all the updated. It's better for everyone if we all use the same texture pack so we are all looking at the same thing when we are building something. We try to keep this texture pack close to default so things don't look awkward in default, since default is still an awesome 'texture pack' too.

Just download that file, open minecraft, go to texture packs, click on "open texture pack folder" then drag the downloaded file inside that folder.
it should appear in the texture pack options to pick then when you enter ingame and click on texture packs

One thing that really ruins it for me... no HD font. I'm getting sick and tired of using Pirate Speak just for the font style.

Just incase other people find its being iffy with Mac computers if you install any texture packs in this way it will always work.

If the texture pack is HD you need to use MC patcher due to the lava and water effects bugging if you dont. once you have run that to install the texture pack.

Open up Finder -> Go (hold alt) -> library -> Application Support -> Minecraft -> Texturepacks.

Go to the texture pack you downloaded open it and highlight all the files (the files not the folder itself thats the trick) ->(Right Click) Compress X items. Rename the .zip that was made to make sense eg HollowTexture.zip move that zip into the Texturepacks folder.

Enjoy MC in beautiful hollow world glory.

We used John Smith as a base, then customised a lot of the textures for our own needs.
Btw, can i ask that dispensers be changed from the tiki-face? it really doesnt fit in with the rest of the pack, and makes it look silly on walls and ships.

I personally like the tiki-faces, they work effectively in lot's of places with the right building and what would we actually replace them with? Normal Dispensers wouldn't fit in with a Medieval Theme and a Cannon isn't really gonna work everywhere...

I agree on dispensers needing a little change. How about still keeping the idea of face, but instead of Tiki-face, I think it should be some sort of a God face. A bearded man or something :p
Also, the armour needs changing. It needs changing big time...
