THE MASQURADE:

Though attendees are encouraged to partake in the Masquerade aspect of the ball there is some discouragement to wearing masks that cover ones entire head (such as helms or full face masks w/ hoods)

THE RAFFLE:

Tickets can be bought either in advance or at the event itself for 200 r each and a max of 5 tickets per person [1000r]
Prize is a guaranteed 10k radiants alongside 50% of the pot from the tickets
