Alanna looks around the villa that she grew so fondly of. The vast space, the memories, the comfort.
One thing bothered her however, and it was a screeching, piercing sound. A sound that drove many insane.
The silence.
In the garden that grew so fiercely, a fly lands on the stone of the fountain. The silence so strong and demanding, Alanna could hear the fly's heartbeat.
An eerie feeling looms over her as she sits on her bed, staring at the door.
Her only thought;
Having enough of the silence, she stands and leaves the house, her most trusted companion, Nin at her side.
Leaving no note, no sign, no evidence, she leaves.
Leaving the silence, leaving the city, leaving with no trace.
She makes for the castle resting on a bed of frozen clouds, a mighty king on his mighty throne.
