The Guild of Alchemists are some of the head researchers in Altera. They study great amounts of Alchemy and even attempt to discover things from the Philosophers Stone, to new forms of Transmutation Circles. They are in three ranks. Four if you count guards. Each having a different seal.
Ranks:
High Alchemists:
Not even Bellon can rebuke their right to read. They have access to almost any record. This title is extremely hard to get. It must be appointed by three kings.
Gold Transmuter: These Alchemists can do almost anything for there research. From transmute coal into gold, to researching the Philosophers Stone. Only mayors and above can stop them from accessing private files.
Alchemist Assistant: The lowest class of Alchemist. What all start at. Only with there masters permission are they allowed to investigate things.
Alchemist Guard: Lowest of them all, cannot use alchemy or they would be Assistants. Nothing special, just guard alchemists and retrieve documents for Alchemists.
