6. How do you feel about the 'roleplay' aspect of our server? Do you have any experience roleplaying?
I have minimal experience roleplaying, but I understand the concept and am eager to partake in the fun. Although roleplaying is a fairly new concept to me, I understand its basis, and It should add an element of realism to minecraft that other minecraft servers ignore.

7. Please introduce yourself to the community; explaining who you are, your interests / hobbies and why you are here in 8 sentences or more.​

My name is Greg, and my hobbies are longboarding and video games. I have been playing minecraft from before alpha, and I have a lot of hours under my belt. I also play video games such as borderlands, age of empires, fallout 3, fallout new vegas, oblivion, and skyrim. As an avid PC gamer, I spend most of my time at the computer. I want to try playing on a roleplaying server, as I feel it can add a new element of realism and adventure that I have lost from minecraft since I started playing. I am currently a sophomore in high school. I also appreciate the beautiful landscapes that minecraft is made of and I am glad your server promotes protecting them. As a minecraft player, I do not hoard materials or supplies, but try to make my home and my surroundings good looking and effective. I would rather have a beautiful small house, than a mediocre looking mansion or castle. ​

This is part of a large handscaping project I did on deadmau5's creative server. It is meant to be a waterfall and a river. It ended up being a 2x6 project, which others built off of on plots next door. It is one of my best creations.​

9. Is there anything else you wish to share with us?​

I am very eager to play on your world, as I feel that many other mincraft servers ignore the beauty of the game itself which you guys respect and enjoy.​

10. Are you aware that the use of black magic (xray,xray texture packs and ore locator mods) is not allowed on our server, and a banishable offense?​

Most players when they log on want to jump in and get established/build before they do anything else. In Hollow World players must first find a town before they can build. You may join a town by asking the mayor or assistant mayor to add you. You can view all the information about a town by typing /town [townname] .

Lastly, please, PLEASE!!! make sure you understand the following points. It's very important. As a new player, once you play you may be tempted to "test" out an x-ray mod... don't do it!!! We have a 0 tolerance policy for it.
1) We have active members of staff monitoring players suspected of using X-RAY. We have extensive logging capabilities which also highlight to us when X-RAY is suspected. Anyone caught using X-RAY mods or Transparent Texture Packs will be permanently banned without appeal. You have been warned.
2) Anyone found to be griefing our server and subsequently blaming their sibling, friend, dog or any other person other than themselves will be banned irrespective of their innocence. Hollowworld does not permit the use of shared Minecraft accounts and the account you use to apply here is your responsibility.
