There's nothing to drag! As I said, black background, and in the middle, that silk text, and at the bottom, a thingy where you can mute apparently :/

Maybe it's loading? Try clicking it or waiting till the "Silk" message goes away.

Hm...that is weird...I'd try what Sally said. I just want to make sure I understand what is going on. A black screen, in the middle the is the word Silk, and on the bottom a mute button. On the low left hand side is there a thing with color or anything?
