Lenore has been permanently banned for inappropriate behavior that happened off-server. I can't go into details to protect the privacy of those involved, just know that it was serious enough to warrant this response.
Edit: More details have come out after the fact, with similar accounts of inappropriate behavior to other members of the community, including a minor. The ban is permanent without appeal, and will be coordinated with other server owners.
