To be honest, I couldn't try to leave even if I was banned. From my experience, this is one of the best top rated servers I would ever consider staying true to. Thanks to every person that has looked over this and have considered every option. I will be returning to the server soon, but am a lil scared to go back to mining for a while now 
Anyways, I really appreciate the time and effort you all took in looking over this and reconsidering my ban. Since I'm in such a great mood now, all spare and extra materials that I find are now available at the mine quarry, for a price of course.
