Hair: Light blond and straight, usually kept short but he lets it grow occasionally.

Attire: Ben has three main outfits.
- Work uniform; a set of de Courtnay armour he wears during guard duty.
- Casual attire; a red waistcoat over a white tunic and brown pants.
- Formal attire; a black overcoat worn over a thick tunic and a green cravat.
Appearance: Although he has a fairly average build, the nature of his duties has given him quite wide, toned shoulders and strong arms. His blond hair is kept neat and tidy but his facial hair has grown to a struggling stubble out of laziness to shave.
Weaponry: A small, tailored broadsword made for him by Roy Beledrent when he's off duty, a broadsword when at work.
Hygiene: Perfectly clean, but doesn't really smell of anything.
QUALITIES AND FLAWS:
Strengths:
-A talented horseback rider.
-Trained in one-on-one combat.

-Tight spaces.
-Losing what he has worked for.

-Can be naive.
-Selfish at times, and perhaps a tad under-ambitious.
Intelligence: Well educated and can read and write well. This said, he's not the sharpest tool in the shed.
