Declaration of neautrality
In this coming conflict, Twilight Falls wish to stay neutral and will officially not participate on any sides. People are welcome to seek refugee in Twilight Falls or the lodge outside it. Have you commited treason of participated in the conflict, in a way that brings danger to Twilight Falls neutrality, you will escorted out, for the safety of the others.
This is not a declaration of independence, but Twilight Falls, as a peaceful region, does not wish any involvement in any conflicts.
OOC note: I know that this might not work and anyone can still RPly attack the city. This is not some form for OOC barrier, but just Twilight Falls expressing their wishes. I know that TF is close to azerport and they might be seen as a packet, but.... Well, it is the best I can do /._./

But February First one year ago, was the day Marr declared independence from the Arcturian Empire, and work on Azerport began. One year ago that huge 751 city was just a tiny sliver on the side of the coast and Marr was just a wee baby nation.
I say that the seige was a good anniversary event to say the least xD

She has, or rather "had, friends on both sides and did not want to choose.
She also knew that TF has no defence and neutrality or surrending was the only choice, or atleast as a small city without any defence.

Thankfully Shallherna saved the Caparii farmers. xD we offered an escort for evacuation to Makorathe and gave them heavy weaponry that they threw into the fire .
As sad as it is we were not going to abandon post for them. (Ic at the time we had no idea what their numbers were)
