you can save up radiants and pay someone on the server to do a commission of your character, do it yourself, use IRL money for said commission, or just grab a picture from the interwebs and use that as a character reference.

The best way is to read the first post and see if the artist is even taking commissions instead of asking g a stranger to make art for you. If they're taking commissioms, there is usually a form.
