The truth of God is rarely recorded, for the truth itself is hard to find. What we do know of him has been passed down not through written word but through word-of-mouth. And as with all things in which we mortals have a hand, this is imperfect. Now, however, his truth shall be recorded.

The Word of God
The Doctrine of God
1. Thou shalt believe true all words of the Light, and shalt observe all its directions.
2. Thou shalt never lie nor bear false witness, and shalt remain faithful to thy pledged word.
3. Thou shalt respect those who are wealthy and powerful, for they are such due to the grace of the Light.
4. Thou shalt pray upon each Sunrise, to give good thanks that the Light bathes thy lands upon once more!
5. Thou shalt not recognize any other Gods or Goddesses, for the Light is the one true Divine.
6. Thou shalt give due respects for the orderly inheiritance, heiritage and succesion, to honour thy Father and Mother before thee.
7. Thou shalt bring persecution upon heresy, to preserve the Order of the world.
8. Thou shalt see murderers without cause have forfeit their own life before the Light, and their belongings entitled to the family of the murdered.
9. Thou shalt burn the dead so they might not rise as demons, or worse!
10. Thou shalt respectfully observe the Divine Law.
Interpretation of the Doctrine of God
For while we may never know more than the words,
the truths we find in them are varied.
Therefore we must derive the truth from ourselves as much as the words.
Each man will find his own interpretation of the divine word.
Worship of God
Passage of Worship of God
For while the Doctrine speaks of obligatory prayer only on the rise of the Holy Sun, let it be known that to truly exalt his being, certain prayer must be performed throughout the passage of the Holy Sun across the sky.
In the morn, as the Holy Sun awakens once more, the prayer of Awakening must be spoken while facing the rising sun, upon one's knees.
At the zenith of the Holy Sun, the prayer of Apogee must be spoken, while facing the sun, standing upon the highest point one can find.
At the setting of the Holy Sun, the prayer of Afterglow must be spoken, while facing the setting sun, upon one's knees.
Dates of Worship of God
For God must be praised on certain days, to both celebrate his almighty power, and to ward off the dark.
The holiest day under the light of God is that on which his light shines both brightest and longest. The day of the summer solstice, the 22nd of Lightshine each year, is a day of rest, celebration and prayer for all who would worship God. Let no man perform work on this day and let all embrace each other as brother and sister.
The darkest day on this earth is a solemn day indeed, for the power of the Holy Sun is at it's weakest. This day is one of prayer and fasting, to ward off the evil forces that would gather. Many pyres should be lit on this day, to protect against all that would do harm to the righteous.
Years of Inferno, those ending in 43 or 93, are the holiest years under the light of God. Children born during these years should be put to the priesthood, for they are naturally blessed by his holy Light.

Even as the Darkness sets in,
We gather to praise His being,
We gather to worship His power,
We gather to acclaim His light.
For the Afterglow we are left,
We give thanks.
