Edward has died. A result of his own shortsightedness and dedication to Eviscism, though it was his magic that ended his life. Attempting to salvage a lost altercation, he tried to cast a bolt of lightning from his focus and at least take his opponent with him; however he was not given the right amount of time to prepare, and he was already run through with a sword. Edward instead sent it through himself, and was soon after thrown from a balcony to solid stone floor. His last thoughts were of Malveia.
