Herdsman Estate is an Astrakhan Villa Rustica to the north of Astrakhan itself. It is owned by the Patrician Eyvind Herdsman.
The farm exports a large quantity of grain and a portion of hemp. It supports up to twenty workers depending on the season.
The farmstead sells its grain across Altera to the highest buyer, but also contributes to Astrakhan's Grain Doll.​
