If you have stuff in houses in Mirage then you should move it to another town. You still have a while to make this move but I thought I would say it early.

I have a plan for something small and non-desertlike.

You know, I spent a lot of time admiring Irem and wondering what it would have been like if it had been finished. I even messaged the owner and asked him to let me help finish it, but heard nothing back. Maybe I will build something like that.
