At the Guardians guild off the border of Port Silver, the teaching facilities have been opened more to the public. The main teacher and guildmaster will be Cloud, teaching many different lessons, as well as temporary teachers teaching lessons Cloud cannot. Also, seeing as getting a good time that everyone can make can be difficult, private, possibly one on one lessons will be more common than large, group lessons.
(Through posters and such, what is taught below is ooc knowledge)

Cloud is very approachable, so if your character would like to learn something that isn't a part of the ooc knowledge training, just ask. Also, as I mentioned, if you want to teach others and use the guilds facilities, just fill out the application form and talk to Cloud about it.
