To all who inhabit this realm, hear this message of hope: the Herald of Spring has brought a new understanding of the scions, children born from a commingling of the demonic. While these individuals may carry a minor taint, they are innocent and worthy of protection.
The scholars of Candlewood have provided some insight, but it is up to us to take action. To secure a future for these children, we must snuff out the font of their origin and prevent any new contracts from forming.
