I've read the King's Law, code of conduct has 17 threads which are common sense.
Official Lore has three main sections being "The World" composed of 105 threads, plus "The Arcane" composed of 98 threads, and "The Divine" which has 62 threads.
Regarding the lore I've checked some threads randomly and whatever picked my attention and the main ones, but haven't read it all, no.
I've read the Official Lore FAQ and the Public Lore book though, which are posted aside the beforementioned total of 265 threads of text.

5. In your own words, how would you define metagaming and powergaming?
Metagaming and powergaming are a form of cheating when it comes to roleplaying.
The first one implies that I, as a player, would use knowledge about information or actions taken by other characters ingame, that I knew as a player, in favour of my character which should not have that knowledge.
The second implies achieving or forcing something on someone without any chance for them or myself to work around it or give an opportunity to the other person, for instance "stabs Tim" would imply that he could not defend himself, and thus this would be a form of powergaming, to avoid that, i should say " attempts to stab Tim".
6. Do we allow X-Raying mods or X-Ray texture packs on the server?
Not for players, but as an old time mod for this server i know first hand that both mods and admins whom are trusted people can use those X-ray mods/texture packs to catch and understand how an X-rayer plays, along with other plugins and powers, so in a way, yes, they're allowed on the server, but not for basic players nor normal usage to make oneself "richer" or atleast that's how it used to be.
A player caught using X-ray will be immedately banned from the server.

I'm an old man now, but many years ago, hollow world was the first RP server i joined, a few months after it opened, i did spend quite a lot of time back then, mostly as a builder, which is something that i loved doing and did for the server, i have fond memories of this server when i was in it, back in my early twenties, and am curious if any of my old builds are still around, which i honestly doubt they are at all, and would like to start a project with some oldies in it for old time's sake, maybe start a region together, or we'll see, anyhow.
I've been a roleplayer all my life, and i still play roleplaying games nowadays, although i fear i've become more sour with time, i have time again on my hands to spend maybe on a project here, and roleplay again, which time will tell if that's the case.
Although pen and paper roleplaying games are very different to minecraft roleplaying, i started back when i was 13 with Vampire the masquerade, then kicked in some Cthulhu, Werewolf, Pathfinder, D&D and all that, and well, i've loved roleplaying games since.
Anyhow, my first big builds ever were in this server, back in an event called Assault to castle corbenic, or something like that, i did build a giant boat called the hydra, which was the means to reach said castle in the middle of a devastated land and such, good times. that boat was built with no creative mode, fully in character.
I love music of all types, even hosted a radio show for the server with medieval music back in the day on the server's teamspeak, for people to have in the background while roleplaying.
I highly despise gratuitious disrespecting or shaming of individuals and lies or cheating in any form.

Name: Damon Dayz (Yes i will be Koerhuije's younger brother, we agreed on this before i wrote this and have his consent to RP it ingame.)
Age: 41 years old.
Race: Human.
Appearance: Brownish eyes, his face behind a metallic mask, wears yellow robes which conceal a sword on his back, shows a small hammer strapped to his left leg for quick repairs on his boat, and sometimes self defense too.

Arriving to the old town where my brother lived, without previous notice, as is common for sailors, I went to the small cottage at the edge of town where Draque lived with his wife and kid, The lush greenery of the surrounding forest whispers with the wind words of regret and melancholy, bringing back memories, growing up in the family's cottage, and my brother's wife, whom I fell in love with, a long time ago before I decided to marry with the sea, reminding me how certain choices that you let slip away can mark you for the rest of your life without realizing so. -It was supposed to be a short trip... yet so many years passed- I mutter to myself.
I was feeling seasick, the rocking of my boat for months made me feel used to that feeling, and the steadiness of the ground reminded my body that I belonged to the waves, not there, but I had to inform my brother, of the dreaded news...
Draque's wife was heartily doing house chores that evening, and that early autumn's evening was windy, which made the hung clothes that were drying out remind me of the sails of my old boat, time and light passed in a slower way there, and the chirping of the birds during the evening gave me a feeling of uncertainty and a bittersweet feeling of not really being at home and never being able to find one again, besides my boat.
-Uncle!- Shouted Damian, Draque's son in the distance -It's been such a long time!- said Draque's wife, as she poked her head out of the window at the same time that Damian was rushing to give me a wholehearted hug, -Where have you been?- he asks.
I keep walking towards the cottage, slowly, taking each step in as if it was a sour medicine that i had to drink up sip by sip, although Draque's youthful energy makes me smile under my mask, I truly dread being there, luckily, I manage to snap out of that state of mind, and pull out a blackened shiny stone from under my robes which resembled glass but was way harder than that, and gave it to Damian, as a token of my travels. -This, is obsidian, Damian, from the depths of the earth, keep it as a present- and then I proceed to join Draque's wife into the cottage, whom invited me to supper and pass the night there, whilst i explained histories of far and beyond to both her and the kid, the evening went by, and had food and drinks near the hearth.
To my surprise, my brother left for adventure, I had thought that goofball had settled down for good, but apparently he didn't. To somewhere called Altera, for some weird reason after finding it written on a note that some bandit had, I'll never truly understand him, but I have to go after him, afterall, these news must reach his ears, as soon as possible, and maybe there I can find new opportunities for me, who knows.
Current Setting of the Server:
The lands of Altera have long been laced with upheaval, supernatural turmoil that would threaten to shatter the realm or tear it asunder. Long, have the peoples of Altera withstood these tribulations, overcoming and persevering through the generations. Only too recently, the realm tangled with the Behemoth Qlippoth, awakened by monsoon rains and with which came the Ashen Blight plague and eldritch abominations. Though the days were dark and long, the realm did survive, through its tenacity and reverence. The memories of the trials behind them still fresh, the realm sits in a state of unease and angst . . . with eyes on the horizon.
In the skies above, the heavens fall and burn across the auburn colors of the setting sun, streaks of color in the gathering dark. The Realm of Altera awaits . . .
