Estado Jingoísta de Croakarilla
A tiny, safe nation controlled by an aristocratic council. Follows under a militant socialist view of the council. The nation prioritizes culture, defense, and economy. There is legal capital punishment that is given by the council's demand. While half of the council seats are reserved for high ranking military personnel the other half is elected personnel.

Since the government works under socialism, the people work for the state and their brothers. So any caught slacking is immediately excluded from welfare that is funded by the government.

While a recent dictator has risen to push economic growth, the people have used culture to escape the current depression.

The enormous, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Education, and Law & Order. The average income tax rate is 63.7%, and even higher for the wealthy. The developing Croakarillan economy, worth 196 billion Shuiks a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. Average income is 24,540 Shuiks, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Leading Council
The Council of Officers, or La Junta de Officiales, is a 100 men council set to make executive, legislative, and judiciary decisions for the nation of Croakarilla. Five of the council are elected officials by the civilians of the nation. Ten had to rise towards the position. Another ten of the men were elected between the fifty of the military council members. For the fifty military members, they're elected by the military.
The 25 civilian council members are called "Elected Officers". The name gains the people's trust enough to let the council do their job without interruption.

The 25 military council members are the generals of the military. They make most of the executive and legislative decisions. While approve or veto the Elected Officers' decisions. They have the most power in the government and are elected by the military from a pool of veteran generals.

Then there is the recent dictator General Hernandez, who makes the ultimatum decisions to veto or approve movements from La Junta de Officiales.
