The betrayal of the duchy or the house by its guards, soldiers, citizens, family, or any sworn members.
Heresy
The lack of worship, or worship of something outside the pantheon. This also includes the worship of Visage, Skraag, and Jishrim
Assault
The unauthorized use of physical force on a person. Duels will be considered authorized unless specifically stopped by proper authority, or one duelist violates the pre decided rules.
Murder
The act of taking away some ones life
Tax Evasion
Not paying the lawful taxes of the Duchy.
Slander
A false accusation against a person. The burden of proof is on the accuser
Failure to adhere to lawful authority
Not obeying the lawful commands of lawfully appointed authority
Impersonation of lawful authority
Pretending to, or claiming to be lawful authority within the duchy when no such authority has been granted
Inciting violence or civil unrest
Any actions or words, either spoken or written, that leads to civil unrest or violence within the duchy
Abuse of Power
The unlawful use of power by lawfully appointed authority
Desertion
The unlawful or unexcused leave of sworn members of the house, guard, military, or other position.
