*A parchment is stuck upon the Message Board at the Crossroads.*
*There are two sets of handwriting, one of Ashna's, and the other of a very different hand in smaller script. The new contents read as followed:*
Pardon not those who break Divine Law.
Ashna Khovr. & M

oocNote: People runnin' around being them. Ashna had to go around being her.. So there we go. I'd like to play poster tag, but I'd rather not.. /If/ your character decides to write something on the parchment, however, I may take note of it and write it up on this here post unless Ashna decides to re-write a new one. Yes- I'm missing some important information here, but that's why it's called Crude Rules as it was written in a hurry. c; Carry on.
Crude Rules

Pardon not those who break Divine Law.
Bar fights are of minimal concerns.Bar fighting is discouraged, as such confrontation can quickly escalate.- If you see a figure with a blade who is waving it around. Be wary. Request he or she sheath it. This includes all other weapons, as well.
- If they refuse and you carry no weapon to ease them but your words.. Stray away. Words do help, though. Simply remind them of the Divine Law, then be on your way.
- If they refuse and you carry weapon, yet have no experience in using it- nor any wish to get harmed.. Stray away.
- If they refuse and you carry weapon to ease them with both word and blade, and you are willful.. Then disarm your opponent without dire harm. Remove all the blades they carry. Keep the blades or sell them.
- If a figure has harmed another.. then bless your Divine and return the injury- tooth for a tooth. I advise against this, unless a Speaker for The Divine wills it so.
- Death? ....
Apprehend the person, fatal injury or not, at once and turn them in to your local prison or town. If you cannot help, notify your local town(any) guards. Do not pardon them. - Never take anyone forcefully outside of Neutral Ground. Ever. To do so is to brake Divine Right on Neutral Ground; There have been consequences to this action, before.
- Do not assume that if someone is wearing armor, that they mean to do you harm. Nor should you demand they remove it; In all likelihood they are either a guard on pilgrimage, or fear for their lives more than most. To make such demands puts them on edge, and may lead to actual confrontation.
