[Region Owners!] a thief-rp house

Heya!

Here's the idea:
You build a house in your region of any size (or you have a vacant house available)
I come to your region, you give me perms, and I turn that house into a burglary challenge.
With enough regions letting me do this, we can have lots of towns where people can actually steal stuff IC.

If you like the idea, let me know through a comment.
If you are not sure what I mean, my workshop in Queens Port is an example.

It's a way to fill vacant spots in your town or bring rp to your town. Even accessible for people who don't have perms.

I hope I get to burglarify some houses around Altera!

I would help out but my region is just a secluded mountain town that is about 2 months travel from the nearest dock master or town IC, I mean I can if you want, though I don't think it would see much use.
