Properties in Port Silver

Properties are available to rent in Port Silver! This includes houses, shops, and stalls. The Property Management office ran by Einthe (mairinbaihn) is located in the lower district of Port Silver. Contact her in game or stop by the office to see what's available. There are rent signs posted on available houses as well, so explore Port Silver and if you find something you like, just let mairinbaihn know and it can be viewed and assessed for you!

~Types of Properties~

Stalls - Available in the Lower and Upper District ranging from 500-750 radiants a month.


Small Houses - Mainly available in the Upper District, of varying sizes and price.



Mid sized Houses - Available in the Upper District, of varying size and price.


Large Noble Houses - Available in Upper District, of varying size and price.



Shops - Available in both Upper and Lower District, of varying size and price and some already decorated.


(Coming soon) Farmhouses and Peasant housing - Outside Port Silver, in the upcoming Farm District.




RULES REGARDING RENTING IN PORT SILVER:
(These rules are clearly posted here and in any rent confirmation contract..therefore failure to follow them will result in a temp ban for griefing and removal from renting in Port Silver)

* Interior decoration of rentals is allowed but there will be no exterior or changing of the buildings structure. This includes digging basements, replacing floors or walls, supports, staircases etc... If you want to inquire about needing structural changes, contact mairinbaihn or Michcat and we will approve/decline on per case basis.

* Do not alter anything else in Port Silver /at all/ other then the interior of your own rental.

* Rent must be paid every month to Einthe using /money pay Einthe <amount>. Failure to pay rent will result in your rental going back on the market and your items stored in the Properties Management office for 1 month. After that month the items will be donated or destroyed.

* Properties around the Silver Serpent are off limits and used for NPC and Silver Serpent activities.

* Multiple properties in Port Silver may be purchased so long as rent is consistently paid.

* Paying multiple months of rent is allowed...however if you break the contract early there are no refunds.

ATTENTION DECORATORS!

There is an opportunity for you to make some money decorating for renters in Port Silver! If you have a knack for interior design, post in here...and come to the properties management office to post your ad for decorating on our message board! This is will be a great opportunity for players to contact you, see your work, and possibly hire your services.

Decorators contact mairinbaihn in game for temp perms in order to do these jobs. Same rules will apply to you as the renters, so make sure to read them thoroughly above.

Also post your available decorating services on the Port Silver Trading Company Inc. section of the forums. Post pictures of your decor designs on there as well for advertisement of your services. You can still post yourself as a decorator on this thread, just supply a link to your advertisement thread so this one doesn't get too cluttered.
