Strengths: He's not bad with a blade and knows his way around a bow as well. He's pretty lucky when it comes to games of chance or just chance in general. He also has substantially more strength than the average elf.

Birthplace: He has no idea. The first home he can even remember is the orphanage in Twilight Falls.
Childhood: He grew up a secluded child due to the constant fights he would get in with the other children. Although the caretakers at the orphanage were generally kind, Rolan wanted nothing to do with them.
Teen Years: They started out the same as his childhood until the night of his 15th birthday he ran away. He refused to accept the fact he was orphaned, and channeled his frustration the only way he knew how. Violence.
Adulthood: As soon as he ran way from home he considered himself grown as did most others who saw him due to his unusually large physique for a 15 year old. The next year he spent just barely scraping by using his unnatural strength as a means to get rads taking on various jobs requiring physical labor.
More time passed before he scrounged up enough money to purchase himself a longsword to protect himself from the ever growing danger of the Northern Kingdoms. He trained himself as best he could in the use of it. It didn't take long before he learned he had a certain talent for swordplay. With his new-found skill he gave up monotonous manual labor and instead heeded a different calling. That of a mercenary.
