The values of the group are simple:
Scholars:
* In knowledge, is power
* Dedication and perseverance promote productivity, we must show these aspects in daily life
* Time is valuable, no matter how much you have, we will use our time wisely and devote ourselves to our knowledge and it's development
Healers:
* We will heal with no prejudice, amongst any race, any gender... Even if corrupt or evil
* We do not use our knowledge of the body for violence... This world does not need any more fighters
* The pursuit of healing is a long and difficult road, but we must understand the importance of this task, to have no value for the lives we save is as if we did not save them [aka- ya dont get paid yo]

To join the organization you'd need to ICly prompt Dorothy, as she is not in fact seeking members, she waits for people to come to her with the request for the chance to join. Becoming one of the scholars will be easier than becoming one of the healers.
Becoming a Scholar:
Dorothy will be looking for the values in the person, she'd need to see that the person actually /wants/ to travel the path of being a scholar. She'd need to see true interest in the pursuit, before she allowed them to join her organization. The point of which, would be to collect knowledge as a group, in a sense... Kind of like what monks do in monasteries, they record and collect, or archive, knowledge in a massive library. Said library would not be open to the general public, but, a bit more private. Citizens can only access it if they can prove that their reason for wishing to tap into the knowledge is clear of any corrupt intentions, this can be done with offers of peace, or offerings [donation] to the temple itself.
Becoming a Healer:
This generally is a bit harder. Dorothy will not make it easy, she will need to see that the person wishing to be a healer in her temple has a particular value for life. If a corrupt man falls down the stairs and breaks his legs, she would expect any one of her healers to help him in any way possible. Just as Dorothy would, she expects complete neutrality from her healers in the times of war, as she did in the battle of harateth, taking care of people from both sides. The actual knowledge of healing is not necessary, only the true intent of using the skill for good things. It will be a place healers can come to do research, she will do all she can to provide the things needed for said research.
[side note: / this is not a school / ... You will not have teachers, you will have others' notes and cadavers to study. A difficult way to learn, very very hard to join without standing previous knowledge ]

Things that could get you removed from the organization:
* Healers *
Taking sides in a battle and refusing to offer their abilities to those in need of it
Showing prejudice
Asking for pay in return for healing someone
Using their knowledge of healing to harm someone
Directly defying or insulting the religion or belief of Skraag
[ possibly more to come ]
* Scholars *
Neglecting the pursuit of knowledge for a long period of time
Turning away worthy students seeking knowledge you have gained or a skill you have mastered
Allowing those who have not proven themselves into the library
Using the pursuit of knowledge to reach a goal with corrupt intentions
[ possibly more to come ]

The organization will be governed by the rule of the Sorrows
However, it is strictly peaceful, should violence in any form occur within the organization, or within the sacred lands of the temple, the transgressors will be removed and banned from the area
In no way do the sacred lands of this temple abide by the law of the Northern Kingdoms, it is a land within a land... A piece of the Sorrows nestled in the lands of Altera.
