What better way to give a feeling then to show it?
I'll post pictures of the general feeling of the Arcturixian modern megapolis. While the Imperium numbers only slightly more then two billion citizens (as opposed with Volopia or Sincronia, which both go over 3.75billion), it's territory is rather small, and half of it is occupied by a great desert, making it otherwise only used for industry, oil and natural resources production, and large installations such as great manufactoriums. This effectively makes several enormous population centers, with certain cities and metropolis having a population of over 50 m (the administrative capital of Harlaus the Great currently sitting on 73m citizens by itself, not counting it's suburban cities.)

The Ministerium, seat of the free-market and authoritaristic government under the Overlord. Widely considered the oldest district of the Capital.
