The Sacking of Stormhold [Spoilers!]

Faelin

After the Battle and subsequent sacking of Stormhold in the current Old Realm, which took place during the first RP week of the Exodus campaign, I feel the need to clarify a couple of fun shenanigans:

The homes were empty before the sacking.

The stables abandoned with no horse or mule to be found.

The docks desolate. Banners hanging limp. The fires burnt out.

The few citizens withdrawn, pale and frightened... Frail. Broken. Weak.

The king is fallen,
The pawns grow weak,
With all hope lost,
Their future... bleak.

Damnit this 'Riddles and rhymes' crap again xD

I remember seeing you hiding (OOCly, of course) in the shadows while Elrohir studied and saying ' {Riddles and rhymes, riddles and rhymes} ' over and over again.

Bah, it's just somefink a character of mine says. S'not related to Stormhold, but OOCly it's so fun to say, and even more fun to live by.
And it makes people like me think that everything is a lie and you have to figure out. Suddenly you tear off the wall at the end of the library and the queens secret sex chamber torture room is right there xD

I do recall saying a while back that the fact that there was a horrific irony in the fact that the South brought a boat North to try and save the city.

In fact, specifically, this (from a recount, I forge' which)-

"We marched to Stormhold"

-had me howling with laughter.

And it wasn't
even
intentional.
