Updates to MyChunk for the Southern Wilds/Eastern Frontier

Eden is now called the Eastern Frontier

The MyChunk plugin has been updated. It's not possible for me to do a few more things.

Lords can now claim 3 chunks in the Southern Wilds / Eastern Frontier
Radiants can now claim 5 chucnks in the Southern Wilds / Eastern Frontier

PvP is now disabled in owned chunks. If it were possible, I would enable it inside the chunk but the plugin doesn't let me do that (yet).
