Character Name: Xandar Dranovich von Ivanov
Nickname: Many variations involving the word Blue
Titles: Prince/Tsarevich

Race: Silver Elf
Mutation: Fiendish Scion
Parents: Son of Melarue Lydril bearing the mark of Dranoden

Description: A product of complicated heritage. The young elf's skin is a dark
desaturated blue acting in stark contrast to silver-speckled eyes. Dark blue horns
grow up from his temples with infernal runes marking them.

Age: Around 15 years young
Build: Healthy lil lad

General Appearance: The boy's visage falls similar to his mother's; Sharper features, silver eyes and well kept white hair.
Two horns have begun to grow from his temple that now don infernal markings as he's gotten older

Clothing: A dark jacket with drawstrings caps in the shape of a silver star or a dark blue gambeson
Accessories: Always wears a small sword pendent, a gift from his parents and occasionally a sapphire brooch

Scars:

|[ PERSONALITY ]|

Strengths:
✦ Adept: Growing up under leaders and librarians, Xandar was educated rather early on in his life. At times his mannerisms reflect
his father's in swordplay or leadership, but he still has his mother's curiosity in the world making him a rather quick learner.

✦ Maturity: It's easy to forget Xandar's age sometimes as most of the time he carries himself with a much older cadence. Experiences
in life have also worn away some of his childlike naivety. A great skill when talking with adults, perhaps not as great with peers.

✦ Honest: As the son of an Ignite, Xandar struggles with the idea of lying and as a result tends to be rather honest. However, he's not
without error though his lies are few and far between. He'd rather be direct and clear to someone than misunderstood or deceptive.

Weaknesses:
✦ Book Smart: Despite his education most of Xandar's understanding of the world had come from others and stories as he's never
travelled outside of The Grove and Ashstadt. As a result there's much inexperience to the more social street smart aspects of life.

✦ Impressionable: As unfortunate circumstances required the quiet boy to grow up quickly, Xandar developed a tendency to copy those
around him whether it be for better or worse. Much like a mirror his thoughts are sometimes reflections of those around him.

✦ Antipathy: Despite not being the most emotive of children Xandar has a tendency to hold grudges and bears a distrust for many
things. At rare times his emotions get the better of his judgement while he tries to search for the greater root of his frustration.


Sociability: Enjoys the company of others he knows but can fall shy or overwhelmed in crowds of strangers. Recently he's grown more distrustful of strangers
Religion: He has a warmth for Ignis but isn't the most active follower of hers. His relationship with the gods gets messier and messier each day. While
he still values most of the pantheon he's a distaste for some of their more zealous followers. Gods are respected, but feels nothing more than that.

|[ FAMILIAL ]|

Melarue Lydril:
His mother was never far. The thought always reassuring Xandar as he's begun to explore the world. He's hit an age where he's begun to understand the reason behind some of her choices but as he's gotten older, more questions have begun to pile up, none that can be simply answered with a book but she's stuck by him through it all. Never too far.

Aleksei von Ivanov:
A warm hand in a sometimes cold world. Xandar always watched his manners around his father. Still, he knew when speeches were finish or when he found himself too overwhelemed that Aleksei would pardon an interruption to support him like his own. Recent discoveries have made him question himself but for once, Aleksei's distaste for white lies became reassurance of where he stood.

Jaz'gil Erarh:
His sister, though not by blood, this is doesn't stop the two for occasionally bickering as siblings tend to do. He envy's her later bedtime just because "sHe'S oLdEr" but despite it all he still cares about her and sometimes wonders if they're really all that different in the end.

Matthias von Ivanov:
With names tying them together Xandar regards Matthias the same way one would an older brother. He didn't know much of the man's life but his most recent actions have left him confused. As if there was a chapter of context the boy wasn't privy to. All and all though, Xandar hopes he needn't fight his brother for long, perhaps when their father returns he'll be able to make sense of it all.

Dranoden
Xandar has a bit of a complicated opinion with the being that helped create him. He isn't a stranger to some's opinions on demons and fiends but he's never fully understood the 'why'. Dranoden has been nothing but helpful thus far even if he's distant. The full extent of contracts and souls are something the boy is ignorant to but even so he's no plans on going back on his end anytime soon.

Orocovius Mal'arn
His sparring partner and trusted confidant- well as much of a confidant as a kid needs. Oro definitely has the mind of a crafter, looking at the all the angles and planning out accordingly. From sneaking away to the Landing to speaking with a demon, he's is always willing to help and keep an eye on Xandar's reckless plans. A respected ally.

Hezekai Mal'arn
One of the first kids he'd met outside of Ashstadt, Hezekai- while perhaps not the best influence- helped show Xandar how to take risks. He admires the boy's independence and confidence and wonders if any of his most recent goals and plans would've ever gotten far if they'd never met.

Cillian Olliran
The youngest of the bunch but he's still fun and trusted. Xandar hopes to get to know him better some day as he's someone entirely new.

Lirio Mal'arn
A trusted support and friend of his mothers. He admires watching her work and there's always a comforting and calm air around her.

Azuran Mal'arn
A skilled fighter with a repertoire of stories that perhaps did not help the boy's naïve imagination but it definitely aided in his curiosity of the real world.

Elthea Erynor
One he sees around the library, her nature easing and her knowledge admirable. More than once he's stumbled on a note of hers even if some are still a bit too complicated for him

Veldric Alraun-Dugald
Quiet but responsible, during times of uncertainty he's tends to be there to try and answer what he can to help. Xandar still wonders more about him but he understands enough to trust him.

Bernard von Briarwood
Bernard has done his best to help Xandar in troubling times, either with his company or empathy as he shares his own experiences. While some rambles get lost, more than once Bernard has helped Xandar ground himself with the overwhelming nature of Altera.

Amicia Dubois
The entertaining bane of his father's stoicism, Amicia's endless energy has continued to help keep Xandar interested in training with the sword alongside her.

Artesia Vaneme
A bit of a mystery even now, the two have had nothing but good interactions and Xandar's thankful for her support and genuine care but her history and dynamic with his mother carries more confusing history than he's currently privy to.

Another man who's seen a lot more of the world than Xandar, he needs to pester him for more stories.

He knows little of her beyond Bernard's sister but her approach to status and responsibilities provided insight he hadn't thought of before.

Truthfully, Xandar knows very little of her personally but he's never quite liked how she smiles. Nor does he like watching her whisper in his brother's ear.

Rogal
Like the monster under his bed, Rogal's name and face has been known to the boy for a while as someone to always keep an eye out for.
