Stirlean Breadth
Beneath the canopy of cerulean, Under the guidance of the Custodians, Shoreless prosperity comes to all.

Encompassed within the "Berceau des Shalherana" and bordered by the "Massif du Mont-dieux attaquant" in the east, the Stirlean Breadth is a land of arid heat and tropical storms. Rolling fields are dotted with enormous rocky outcrops and bejeweled by Cerulean Crowns, providing the land with a characteristic atmosphere not found elsewhere on the continent. First settled by an exorbitant merchant, it now has become host to a diaspora of numerous races and communities, originating from many corners of the past continent, who, despite their differences, have found harmony.

Old World
One with knowledge of past cultures and houses would assume the lineage of the Stirlean Breadth began with the founding of Tambry, but it can be traced much further back. The heritage of this land is closely tied to the personal history of its Custodians, and to understand one, the other must be known. The true origin lies deep within a grove, shrouded by a vast jungle, the previous Sisterhood temple. Born and raised in one of the cultural centers of forest-elven society, its customs and influences form the basis for the Stirlean culture of today.
Yet, with a leader as cultured as the Custodian, it has absorbed many aspects throughout Alteran history. The house of Senatoor and its seat of Aellyrdale, the mining town of Golden Bay, and its subsequent annexation by the Lavoye empire infused the Stirlean culture of today with its finer tastes and Ignite teachings. After the true fall of Port Silver and the rise of Tambry, the true mercantile lifestyle became fully ingrained within all, owning itself to the guidance of the Stirling Lords.
Migration
When Clain's lies bore fruit and the Alteran populace was forced to forsake their continent in PC 2281, the slate was wiped clean by Shoreless Gulf. Past cultures would reform, conjoin, and advance into new iterations, often naturally and sometimes through force. The Exiled empress, Charlotte Makorath du Lavoyard, had joined the Stirling Lords before the migration. Now, in an unknown land, she had become the de facto leader and proposed a marriage to Earnhardt Brantley Edric Blackrose. Fusing her remnants of Lavoyard, Stirling, and Blackrose into the house of Abermore.
However, this amalgamation of houses and cultures by force and desire couldn't last, and such was obvious to the Custodians, who simply abode their time. Persevering within a grand Cháteau, removed and distant from the political turmoil yet to come, they focussed on the core of the new world, Storm's Landing.
Founding
After the fall of Abermore and the scattering of the Stirling Lords, many vanity projects rose around the Eastern Kingdoms: Verarci, Stirling Reserve, and other such places. Each intent on reviving the glory of Tambry, but each ended up being sold to a second party in time, their founders too greedy and desiring unnatural growth. Amid these projects, only one lasted, nurtured, and guided by a gentle hand, the Stirlean Breadth. The demesne of Cháteau de Faladiir prospered patiently over the decades since the Great Migration, having flourished into a calm haven of prosperity for its people.

Stirling Lords

Once upon a time, the Lords were the keepers of Tambry, each overseeing one of its many components. With the fall of Abermore and the passage of time, their numbers have dwindled, for only a few still remain. Stirling, as a mercantile entity and noble house, has many possessions and enclaves throughout the world, over which the lords preside in each their own capacity.

Sankera fi Faladiir
Custodian, Warden, Artist. Cultivated and shaped by many cultures, the Forest Elf is seen by the populace as the glue that binds the Breadth. Founder of Cháteau de Faladiir and figurehead of the Lords.
James Stirling
Merchant, Guidleader, King of Trade. Longer lived than most humans, he is the arm that reaches across the Eastern Kingdoms and shakes hands upon each and every deal, for his expertise is without question.
