In the darkest hours of the night, each door in The Landing is pinned with a piece of parchment, featuring what appears to be a crudely drawn black sun.

In red that swiftly turns brown as night turns to morning "Repent" is written below each drawing in an elegant hand.

No one seems to have seen the perpetrators, although the drunks whisper of a robed individual going from place to place, giving a radiant to each person sleeping rough that night
