Can someone reccomend a graphics card?

I need a new graphics card. My budget is 200 US dollars.
I would like a graphics card that can support Battlefield 3 on ultra (or atleast relatively high) settings.
One that can play skyrim with HD textures
etc. etc.
I would love if it does not exceed 650 watts needed, but if it does, i can always buy a new power supply.

any reccomendations?

yes but i need to know what brand you prefer, as most brands are pretty similar in performance anyway.

oh oh!
I usually prefer Nvidia. my current GFX card is an XFX Radeon AMD.
The reason i prefer Nvidia is because, while it may require more wattage, it does perform very well and supports phys-x

for Nvidia the best budget'ish card they have at the moment is the GTX 460, if thats a little out of price range the 450 is not too bad either.
