Contract - The Gold Lion Empire

This document is an official contract between the Latinikon Company and the Grand Lion Empire. As approved and agreed upon by both parties, this contract details and binds both parties to their obligations until the contract is fulfilled.

The Latinikon promises under this contract to:

1. Provide military assistance whenever the Latinikon is willing and able; and to participate in all military confrontations such as battles, skirmishes, raids, or other operations.
   
2. Respect the laws of the Grand Lion Empire whenever the Latinikon is within its borders; and to respect all its citizens and denizens.
   
3. Provide honest and assuring council when requested; and to give critique and counsel in all military matters.
   

The Grand Lion Empire promises under this contract to:

1. Issue a payment of 5000 radiants per week either through direct delivery or retrieval.
   
2. Provide the Latinikon Company a selection of purebred warhorses and light horses.
   
3. Provide the Latinikon Company with equipment in the form of arms, armor, rations, and other supplies and goods when conducting a military campaign.
   
4. Respect the Latinikon Company’s right to semi-autonomy and the allowance of the Latinikon to manage their company as they see fit.
   
5. Maintain a fair judgement and knowledge when deploying the Latinikon in battle; and to be mindful to never treat the company as expendable.
   

The obligations and promises stated in this contract will be upheld until the contract is fulfilled; any violation in obligation will cause an immediate termination in the contract, and all its former obligations becoming null and void.

This contract will be upheld indefinitely, with no time set on its fulfillment. One or both parties will decide when the contract is fulfilled.
